SUNDAY, DECEMBER 14 - ADVENT MUSIC FESTIVAL!
On Sunday, December 14, SCUCC will present an Advent Music Festival. The centerpiece of Worship that morning will be a performance of the Christmas Oratorio by Camille Saint-Saens, featuring the SCUCC Choir, a string orchestra, and a professional organist, all led by SCUCC Music Director Mackenzie Albert.
To highlight the Oratorio, there will be no Morning Message from Rev. Mark, and the rest of our usual Worship format will be revised so that we stay as close to our normal timeframe as possible.
Worship begins at 10am, with the Oratorio beginning at approximately 10:20.Don’t miss this special Advent Sunday at SCUCC!
Choir rehearsal has just begun for this season (2025-26). We practice on Wednesday's at 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Anyone interested in singing should contact Mackenzie as soon as possible for music and recordings. You may contact Mackenzie at: maestramackenzie@gmail.com or music@scucc.org.
